Resolution
A firmware update will be available to fix this issue in the coming future and will be available as an online update for the NVRs.
Update: Firmware for the NVR-MX08POE-1U-4KM1 is now available that corrects this issue. The system can be updated directly from the maintenance menu or by reaching out to tech@icrealtime.com.
Update 2: Firmware for all units except the NVR-EG08POE-1U4K1 are now available through the above means.
Update 3: Firmware is now available for the NVR-EG08POE-1U4K1.
Workaround
You can initialize the cameras by setting the NVR to bridge mode.Once set to bridge mode, the IP cameras can be initialized and added to the NVR.This will not work for the NVR-EG08POE-1U4K1 as it does not support bridge mode. The cameras will need to be moved, temporarily, to an external switch. You can also connect a laptop to the built-in PoE ports and manually initialize the cameras.
