- How it connects
- Cameras: ELAN’s own ONVIF camera driver. The IC Realtime drivers (v1.0.0) add the NVR’s screen and camera events.
- Tested with
- ELAN SC100, ELAN OS 3.10 and ELAN 8.7, with an NVR-EL32.
- Cameras
- ONVIF on, with an ONVIF account, streams set to H.264 (H.265 is the usual reason for no video), on a switch rather than the NVR’s PoE ports.
- Recorders
- NVR-EL for the NVR’s screen and events. Recorders don’t stream video; video comes from the cameras. Event recording needs ELAN’s NVR licence and storage.

The camera shows OK in ELAN but there’s no video. What now?
Set the camera’s streams to H.264, then remove and add the camera again in ELAN. If it still shows no video, update the camera’s firmware.
