Step 3: Choose Your IC Bunker Subscription Plan & Complete Checkout

Choose a Plan & Check Out.
Select the customer's Bunker plan, complete payment and activate the subscription for the site.
Before checkout
Choose the right plan.
Bunker plans are sold as a one-year term, paid in full at purchase. Retention and storage vary by tier. The current purchase price appears on the Select a Plan screen.

Select a plan and check out.
Follow these steps to activate the subscription for the customer site.
Select Standard or Premium
On Select a Plan for [site], choose Select Standard or Select Premium. The headline displays the full term total. The selection button remains disabled until the price is shown.
Enter payment information
Enter the payment card, Country and ZIP. If you have a promotion code, enter it under Promotion code (optional) and select Apply. The discount appears before payment.
Acknowledge automatic renewal
Check the auto-renewal acknowledgement box. The Start Subscription button remains disabled until you accept the renewal terms.

Review the renewal terms before payment.
The subscription renews automatically for another one-year term unless cancelled. You must acknowledge these terms before starting the subscription.
Using a promotion code?
Discounts apply to the first year only.
A promotion code applies to the site being added. Make sure the discount appears in the checkout total before completing payment.
Start the subscription
Select Start Subscription. When payment is complete, Bunker displays Purchase complete! with the options Go to Site and View My Plan.
Subscription activated. You're ready for Step 4.
After selecting Go to Site, the site screen offers Configure Gateway. This begins the next installation step.
After purchase
Manage billing and subscriptions.
Owners can manage subscriptions, payment details and invoices directly in the Bunker web app under Manage Organization → Subscription & Billing.
Add New Site
Purchase an additional site and select its subscription tier.
Upgrade or change a plan
Select Upgrade To Premium or change a site's tier. Mid-term changes are invoiced immediately for the prorated difference. Downgrades issue account credit, not a cash refund.
Update Payment Details
Change the payment card and billing email associated with the organization.
Invoices
View the organization's past invoices and billing history.
Manage automatic renewal
Turn off renewal to stop the next term. Service continues until the current paid term ends, with no refund or additional charge for turning renewal off. Turn Renewal Back On remains available until the term ends. Renewal is charged five days before the term ends.
Billing access
Only organization Owners can manage billing.
Subscription and billing controls are located within the Bunker application rather than a separate payment portal.
