This is instructions on how to reset the BEAM720:
Open up the housing, hold middle button down for 30 seconds.
The link light from the switch will stay off.
After holding the button, unplug for another 30 seconds to 1 minute. This clears its memory completely.
Plug the unit back in. It takes about a minute to boot back up and it'll be factory reset.
