IC Home 2.0 devices are not compatible with the IC Home app. While the product name includes IC Home, these devices are designed to be set up and used with IC View Pro. The original IC Home app is used for legacy IC Home 1.0 devices.
IC Home 2.0 was created to bring the IC Home product line into the same app ecosystem as the broader IC Realtime surveillance lineup. This allows users to operate and manage all their devices in IC View Pro instead of needing a separate app for IC Home products.

Important Notes
IC Home 2.0 devices must be set up using IC View Pro and will not connect in the IC Home app. If a device is not connecting during setup, confirm the correct app is being used and an account has been created.
Each product includes a quick start guide in the box that specifies which app to download. The QR code in the guide links directly to the Help Center for setup instructions.
For existing IC Home systems, continue using the IC Home app, unless upgrading to IC Home 2.0, which requires switching to IC View Pro.
